Unibra expands substantial real estate portfolio on Avenue Des Arts.

Avenue des Arts is undeniably one of the major Brussels thoroughfares crossing the heart of the European Quarter. It is a unique, almost mythical location for numerous real estate investors. Real estate developer Unibra had owned No 40 since the 1960s, which for a long time had accommodated their own headquarters.
