Marking 1 year of Gennaro in his role as Technical & Project Manager at Unibra

"A year ago, I joined Unibra Real Estate as a Technical & Project Manager. After several years working as an architect in Brussels, as well as experience in a coliving scale-up, I was looking for an environment that combined international projects with a true entrepreneurial spirit. At Unibra, I found that balance—along with a culture and family history that truly make a difference.
Within the real estate division, my role is to act as the technical lead and support our projects at every stage: analyzing potential acquisitions, monitoring construction sites, liaising with authorities, and assisting buyers…

No two days are the same, and that’s exactly what motivates me. The year 2025 was notably marked by the repositioning of two office buildings—Glesener 21 in Luxembourg City and Commerce 123 in Brussels—to meet ambitious standards (PEB A and BREEAM-In Use Excellent), while keeping the buildings occupied. A challenge that was both technical and human.

We are currently preparing the Trilogy project, a redevelopment of more than 10,000 m² of office space in Brussels. At the same time, in Namur, we are developing the Parc d’Enhaive with Thomas & Piron, a complex of 9 residential buildings. Finally, in Luxembourg, we are building The Roots in Belval, a mixed-use project of approximately 20,000 m².

My objective is clear: to support Unibra in achieving architectural, technical, and environmental excellence. Our developments are and will be fossil-free: geothermal energy, district heating networks, and other innovative solutions.

We have the privilege of contributing to the city of tomorrow.

It’s up to us to make it sustainable, ambitious, and enjoyable to live in. One year already—and this is only the beginning."
