Dream big & live it
The residential district Parc d’Enhaive, located in Jambes (Namur), has officially begun construction with the symbolic laying of its first stone. Developed by Thomas & Piron Bâtiment and Unibra Real Estate, this large-scale €150 million project will cover four hectares at the junction of Avenue du Prince de Liège and the N4. It will include around 350 housing units spread across 11 buildings, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments — most featuring a balcony, terrace, or private garden.
Conceived as a “21st-century inhabited park,” Parc d’Enhaive focuses on people, sustainability, and convenience. It aims to become Namur’s first fossil fuel–free neighborhood, powered by heat pumps, solar panels, geothermal systems, and optimized rainwater management. Greenery is central to the project, with numerous trees and a large landscaped communal area serving as the district’s “green lung.”
The neighborhood’s core will be completely car-free, with traffic limited to peripheral roads and underground parking, while dedicated bike storage promotes sustainable mobility. Around 1,000 m² will also be devoted to shops and local services, along with a communal building hosting the CPAS Les Trieux social center.
Prices range from €189,000 for studios to €850,000 for larger apartments, averaging €3,500 per square meter (excluding VAT). The first phase, including 95 apartments, is already on sale, with the first deliveries expected between late 2026 and early 2027. The full construction of the district is planned to span approximately ten years.
