It has now been more than 4 years since I had the opportunity to join Unibra Real Estate as an Asset Manager. After more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector — both within large organizations and as an independent professional — I joined Unibra with the ambition of putting this diverse experience to work on meaningful and ambitious projects.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work across various areas of real estate: residential and commercial property, asset management, marketing, sales, and leasing. Today, this versatility is a real asset in my role, which goes far beyond the simple management of our asset portfolio.

What I particularly appreciate at Unibra is the company’s family-oriented culture and dynamic spirit. Behind every project, there is a strong human dimension built on exchanges, collaboration, and a shared vision. Teamwork is an essential value for me and a key factor in the successful delivery of ambitious yet realistic projects.

In recent years, we have worked on improving the energy performance of several buildings in Belgium and Luxembourg, with special attention given to occupant comfort and satisfaction. These projects have enabled us to develop real expertise in adapting buildings within occupied environments, while continuing our ambition to build a more efficient and sustainable real estate portfolio.

Currently, I am notably working on the Trilogy project in Brussels (European Quarter), a magnificent office redevelopment project that we will retain within our portfolio and for which I am responsible for the commercialization in collaboration with several external partners.

What motivates me on a daily basis is the diversity of my role: the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects, the commercial dimension and the many interactions that come with it, while also seeing tangible results on the ground.

We have the opportunity to contribute to projects that sustainably shape our environment and improve the comfort of our occupants.
